On Saturday 17th August we'll host Gareth Saywell who will take over the kitchen for the next Wright's Night. Carmarthen boy Gareth learnt his trade with Sue and Mark at Y Polyn, before making the move to the legendary London-based Italian Bocca di Lupo in 2015, where he worked for almost four years. He spent three years as head chef at Orasay in Notting Hill and has now returned as head chef at Bocca di Lupo.
Gareth will be preparing a four course menu, plus extras, full of local produce - it's sure to be delicious...
