Here's a pre-Christmas treat for us all... Bob Mazur, executive chef at the beautiful Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk is travelling down to Wales to cook a feast for us at Wright's.
His pedigree includes roles as Head Chef at the five star Corinthia Hotel in London, five years as Executive Chef with Gordon Ramsay, and work with the "god father of modern cooking" Marco Pierre White.
Expect a series of delicious small plates to share with family and friends. This makes for a great early Christmas present and is an equally good excuse for a get together.
