Skyborry Staunton on Arrow 2019

Staunton on Arrow 2020. An orchard blend of Yarlington Mill, Tom Putt and Kingston Black from a beautiful stone walled orchard in the hamlet of Staunton on Arrow, just into Herefordshire about 7 miles from Knighton. When it came to disgorging, instead of topping up with the same cider, we topped up with some bottles of Foxwhelp cider (very sharp) that we had from 2018. The acidity lifted the cider nicely. It’s full and juicy with medium dry sweetness
