This wine hails from a brilliant new producer based in Burgundy. Laurence is originally from North Wales and Nina from Switzerland. They are now settled near Auxey-Duresses. This one's a lovely rose produced from the unlikely blend of Pinot Noir, given a couple of days of maceration and blended with Roussane & Marsanne from Beaujolais. It's full of lovely fruit, but has the depth and texture of a great white wine.
