Pink Bulles

This pale pink fizz has become a favourite every year in Llanarthne. This is particularly nice vintage that is very fresh with light, bright fruit.  A touch of residual sugar is left in the bottle to finish the fermentation and produce the bubbles. Winemaker Jean Maupertuis is legendary in this under-the-radar region of France, which with its  volcanic soils brings some of the most vibrant natural wines.
