Ain’t My First Rose 2024

Dave Morris, formerly of Ancre Hill, is now making wines from his own small winery in Monmouthshire. These low-intervention wines are some of the most impressive we’ve tasted from the growing UK wine scene.

Working with grapes from Mayland vineyard in Somerset,  where George Price farms without herbicides or pesticides, this delicious delicate rose, this is aromatic, juicy and fresh with a bright acidity that makes it perfect as the first glass of the night.
