From Laurent Saillard, a New York restaurateur turned winemaker. 70% Sauvignon and 30% Chardonnay from the Roche Blanche vineyard, where soils are rich in clay and flint. 2024 was a really great vintage, It's wonderfully bright with aromas of elderflower and tropical fruit, a great balance of acidity and a wonderful texture. Aged mostly in steel and bottled without additions.
