Kasia’s Kafe

This is the story of how Kasia from Poland came to Carmarthen, an ordinary market town in west Wales, and opened a café. That café became a community. The food, the people and a definite sense of belonging made something extraordinary happen there. Here are some of Kasia’s favourite recipes combining Poland and Wales.
