This wine hails from a brilliant new producer based in Burgundy. Laurence is originally from North Wales and Nina from Switzerland. They are now settled near Auxey-Duresses. Made from Aligote, which is sometimes called the second grape of Burgundy. In the right hands it can make something delicious, like this, a wine that sings with bright yellow fruit and lovely texture.
