100% Aligote, officially the second white grape of Burgundy, but in recent years a re-evaluation has occured, in the hands of small growers who let the grape properly ripen, as well as the fact that the grape has natural acidity, which is a boon in warmer times. This is a wonderful example, the rounded soft peachy fruit balanced with nice acidity and a long finish. Extremely classy.
