We're open this week Monday and Tuesday 11-4, then closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day, open again Friday and Saturday 12-6, Sunday 11-4, and then closed from December 30th - Jan 8th.
100% Cabernet Franc from 90 year old vines. Francois gives the grapes two weeks of maceration, then ages for 2 years in old barrels and a year in bottle before release. Now with a little bottle age, this is drinking beautifully, the perfect thing to pair with Christmas lunch!
