Romain Henin in conjunction with his brother Thomas took over the family estate in 2021 in the middle of Ay-Champagne, an area full of grand marque vineyards. They took a radical path, inspired by the natural wine scene and their love for nature, choosing to make Champagne without any additions, grown organically, without yeast (they do the secondary fermentation with juice). 

These champagnes for us have more depth and length, like a great wine, rather than just celebratory fizz, though they retain that sense of opulence.
Meunier Tu Dors 2022: 100% Pinot Meunier, pressed direct, aged for a year in barrel before over two years in bottle before disgorgement. Aromatic, fresh, mineral and very long this opens up beautifully with air.
