We're excited to be welcoming local legend Scott Davis back to our kitchen for a Wright’s Night. It's always a pleasure to welcome Scott to cook at Wright's, his grasp of flavour and incredible skill in the kitchen makes his food just so memorable. Along with his partner Kirsty Manning, Scott devotes much of his time to his top notch outside catering business Strawberry Shortcake.
One of the most celebrated chefs in Wales, Scott has fluctuated between French and Asian food his whole career. His pedigree is impeccable, having worked with Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay, Gary Rhodes and Jean-Gorges Vongerichten.
