Hand harvested grapes are left as whole bunches to produce this unique wine which is deep and savoury with citrus and herbs. This is one for orange wine lovers, and is made here in Wales where Ancre Hill utilise biodynamic and organic practices on their 12 hectares of vineyards close to the border town of Monmouth.
