Mountain People Wine, 2023 TAM
This is a wine produced from Chardonnay by winemaker David Morris. The grapes are grown near Frome, Somerset and brought back to his winery in Monmouthshire for fermentation and ageing in a second passage Stockinger barrique. Kept on the lees for 12 months and bottled at 10.5% abv. TAM stands for This Ain't Macon.
