Dry, refreshing and brimming with red fruit, this is a perfect aperitif. Ariane has become well known for her sparkling wines produced using the "petillant naturel" method. This is perhaps her best yet, a direct press of all her red varietals including gamay, pineau d’aunis, cabernet franc & pinot noir. She bottled the juice before the sugars had finished fermenting to give some fizz.
