Commix

Wilding Cider is Beccy & Sam Leach, once of the great Birch restaurant in Bristol. Now, they have turned to producing wonderful small batch cider in Somerset.

"Commix is an off dry and still table cider. The tannins are soft and well rounded, and the aromas are very fruity. Based around the soft bittersweets Dove and Yarlington, and the fruity sharp Browns, we then blend in a portion of Run Deep after maturation. This cask aged component adds more acid and tannin, together with a grown up structure. Great with smoked food, barbecued vegetables, oysters. Drink chilled (not too cold)."
