We're open this week Monday and Tuesday 11-4, then closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day, open again Friday and Saturday 12-6, Sunday 11-4, and then closed from December 30th - Jan 8th.
This is made in the traditional style of Prosecco that isn’t seen these days. The style is called “Col Fondo”, which translates to “with the bottom”, meaning that the sediment is still in the bottle, left intentionally to add depth. What results is a delicious, dry and cloudy old school Italian fizz.
