100% Pinot Noir. This is the standout wine from the first vintage and an example of why people get excited about red Burgundy. From a tough vintage, where the fruit was hailed badly, Laurent picked everything left and of quality and gave it a very gentle maceration, before pressing and ageing barrel. It has remarkable balance of concentration and lifted fruit, really lovely, a special bottle!
