A blend made from Auxerrois, Sylvaner from the 2023 vintage and 2022 Riesling, the latter aged for 15 months in century-old oak casks on total lees, the former for around 10 months. They blended vintages to get more balance in the wine as 2022 was a very warm vintage, with this cuvee, the idea is to make a fresh, white vin de soif and this is very drinkable, but also has length and lovely texture. Remarkable value.
