Wright's Night: Scott Davis

We're excited to be welcoming local legend Scott Davis back to our kitchen for a Wright’s Night - he must have cooked here over twenty times, and his latest menu sounds as delicious as ever. Along with his partner Kirsty Manning, Scott devotes much of his time to his top notch outside catering business Strawberry Shortcake.

One of the most celebrated chefs in Wales, Scott has fluctuated between French and Asian food his whole career. His pedigree is impeccable, having worked with Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay, Gary Rhodes and Jean-Gorges Vongerichten. 

Above all, Scott's food is delicious and memorable. It's a pleasure to have him join us.
