Yirgacheffe

When Ben, a professional drummer and songwriter isn’t on tour, he’s back home here in Llanarthne, roasting single origin coffee. Ben is passionate about drinking coffee as fresh as possible - and it won’t get much fresher than this, given that this coffee is made a stone’s throw away from here.

Our Yirgacheffe is bold in floral, citrus, wine and chocolate notes which makes it a perfect pairing for cakes, chocolates and other bold flavours like cheeses. Although our Yirgacheffe is a medium roast it packs a hefty flavour profile and fairs very well when stored properly in a dark, dry, cool place."
