Coming up… A rare opportunity to enjoy an evening of great food from one of the best chefs in Wales. Along with his partner Kirsty Manning, Scott devotes much of his time to his top notch outside catering business Strawberry Shortcake. 

His pedigree is impeccable, having worked with Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay and Gary Rhodes, as well as some of the seminal Asian stars of the London scene like Nobu. His cooking is innovative, technically brilliant and most of all simply delicious.
