This winter, we are so pleased to welcome Max Pasetti and Stephanie Boote back to the Wright's kitchen.
Max grew up in Nantgaredig but fell into the world of food having had a formative education when his mum Charlotte and her sister Maryann Wright ran the kitchen at the Four Seasons in Nantgaredig. Max, too, ended up in restaurants and found he had the family talent for food. Starting in Bristol at the Glass Boat, he spent a number of years at the prestigious Bocca Di Lupo, then worked at the likes of Moro and St John in London, a spell in Paris at Yard , before moving back to Bristol.
Stephanie Boote was mentored by Peckham Bazar's Jon Lenka and head chef of various amazing pop-ups in London and caterer for events such as the Frieze Art Festival. She also works as a food stylist.
They joined forces to form Pasetti & Boote, a private chef and catering company, cooking for weddings and other events.
As we approach the end of the year and with the festive season in full swing, join us for what looks like a beautiful, seasonal menu.
