Simon is a young winemaker relatively recently installed in Anjou. His wines are exuberant, full of fruit and always made without additions. This is a blend of Grolleau Noir & Pinot Noir, macerated together for ten days. It's crunchy bright, with a little co2 on opening and lovely lightly chilled. A very fun wine for an occasion, perfect in large format.
