The Cot, more commonly known as Malbec, brings a tart brambly fruit to the lush soft Gamay, keeping the wine fresh & energetic. Winemaker Christophe Foucher lives near the Touraine river in the Loire. His wines seem to have a purity of fruit that are lazer-like in their accuracy. We can put that down to his hard
work and attention to detail.
