Winemaker Maude, from Montreal, has worked in restaurants since she was 18 before becoming a wine director in the city's vibrant wine scene. Ever intrigued by the work of wine growers she travelled many times to French vineyards to learn about this profession before finally making the move. Winemaker friends Emélie and Raph took her under their wings. This wine is made from Gamay vines at Montgiron, exposed south-east and growing on pink sand and granite.
