A rich and deep pink fizz to have with food. Drink this very cold, perhaps with a barbecue or a roast. When Camillo Donati’s mother Rosa passed away, he decided to make this wine in her honour. Made using organic and biodynamic farmed Malvasia grapes and 5% of a mystery red for colour.
