White, Majority Ugni Blanc (Trebbiano) with Viognier, Clairette & Bourbelenc Languedoc, France
Rounded with nice acidity, stone fruit and elderflower. With the Viognier portion macerated for ten days on the skins, this could be seen as an “orange wine”. From one of the most well respected natural growers in the Languedoc.
