There’s a lovely richness to this white, balanced with nice acidity. After studying music Simon worked for two years with organic market gardeners which he found really fascinating and was the bridge to land in the vineyard. He now has two hectares of beautiful old vines which he is restoring, as well as planting his own young vines of Grolleau & Chenin.
