Wonderful texture, dense brambly fruit and lovely acidity make this a wonderful intense rosè with the fruit of a light red. Winemaker Christophe Foucher lives near the Touraine river in the Loire. His wines seem to have a purity of fruit that are almost lazer-like in their accuracy. We can put that down to his hard work and attention to detail.
