Le Raisin a Plume, En Vadrouille Rouge litre

The red litre from Jacques, is an irresistibly juicy Gamay, the grapes coming from Anjou and given a short 6 day maceration, before ageing in fibreglass. Bursting with fruit, a litre just doesn't seem enough. Lovely with charcuterie.
