Spontaneously fermented beer:
Local organic barley malt + Spring Water (St Pantaléon in Gueberschwihr), blended with the lees of Ravala Express Blanc 2021 (the white one) after the brew. A real livener! Tart, refreshing with plenty of white fruit.
