Red, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon Loire Valley, France
Lush with black fruit but soft and elegant too. Two grape types are harvested separately and de-stemmed by hand. The Cabernet Franc vines were planted as far back as 1940 on soils rich in clay and shale. The Cabernet Sauvignon was planted in 1983. A great earthy red that is a tribute to the Loire.
