A savoury, dry and refreshing champagne. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it is rich and expressive. This champagne is classed as a “Brut Nature” as no sugar is added beyond what occurs naturally in the bottle. Val’Frisson work organically and biodynamically with wild leasts and little intervention.
