Garo'vin Sonambulles Blanc (2018) by Cedric Garreau
Anjou, Loire
This is a sparkling wine made using the ancient Pétillant Naturel method. The wine is bottled before the sugar has finished fermentation, then disgorging (by hand) to get rid of the dead yeasts.

Beautifully fresh and apple-y, great with fish and chips! 

Mas De L'Escarida – Le Mai Polida Viognier (2019) by Laurent Fell
Viognier from Ardeche

A fresh, peachy-style of Viognier – because he doesn't age it in oak and his vines grow at a very high elevation where the cold nights bring freshness and acidity to the fruit. No sulfites added.

Unfiltered and unfined. But stays open very well over a few days.

Mas de L'Escarida – Fai Virar (2019) by Laurent Fell
Gamay from Ardeche

Young vines of Gamay. Made from whole bunches (stems and grapes) in carbonic maceration – basically natural carbonic gas stays in the tank with the grapes and creates an infusion. This creates the very fruity, fresh aromas of the wine.

There's not a very long maceration, so you end up with a very light and fresh red, best drank chilled. No sulfites.
