During the winter months whilst the bees await the warmth of spring, January is marked by the arrival of Amadora's seville oranges. For a short time, it is marmalade season.
The oranges are slowly baked, sliced by hand and gently cooked in large copper pans. Made with only organic Cuban sugar, Sicilian lemons and a little Coedcanlas honey.
