"Canon Pyon (is the location of this old pear orchard, just outside Hereford with 200+ year old trees of ‘Newbridge’ and ‘Red Longdon’. The Perry is dryer and more full bodied than the two previous vintages, it's quite wine like. and gaining structure with age. Perhaps their most complex Perry since the legendary Waiting for the Miracle 2015."
